The Excalibur King LED Grow Light 740 Watt is designed for 1000w DE HPS replacement. We designed this system to outperform the competition at an extremely competitive price. The Excalibur King LED Grow Light 740 Watt offers multiple spectrum packages at various price points.
The fixture design offers a completely silent operation due to its passively cooled design. Each LED is under-driven for increased efficiency and longevity. 100,000h should be expected from this system. We offer quite a few spectrum options for this grow light to give our customers some flexibility with their grow.
All fixtures come with a wireless control option, the Casambi system can control each fixture individually. This allows for DLI control, sunrise/sunset functions, and spectrum tuning. Casambi can be used on Apple or Android devices.

S1 Samsung L2 Horticulture Spectrum System
Our L2 Horticulture spectrum offers a balanced-priced option for our Excalibur King Series fixture. Each fixture utilizes Samsungs L2 horticulture boards to provide an exceptional amount of photons at an incredibly efficient wattage. This spectrum appears to the human eye as a higher CCT but to plants it’s ideal for veg and flower.
S2 Samsung L09 White Light Spectrum
Our white light spectrum offers the lowest-priced option for our Excalibur King Series fixture. Each fixture will be fitted with a 3 to 1 ratio of 30k and 50k white light Samsung 301b diodes for an ideal flowering spectrum. This spectrum still offers an incredibly high light output and an ideal red to blue ratio for proper flower weight and quality.
S3 Samsung L09 and L2 Horticulture Blended Spectrum
Our Samsung L09 and L2 Horticulture spectrum offer a balanced-priced option for our Excalibur King Series fixture. Each fixture utilizes Samsungs L2 horticulture boards to provide an exceptional amount of photons at an incredibly efficient wattage. This spectrum appears to the human eye as a higher CCT but to plants it’s ideal for veg and flower.
PPFD Measurements
We took the protocol from Cocoforcannabis.com and ran our own tests using the same testing methods outlined on their Grow Light testing Protocol page.
For each test we used a highly reflective surface (in this case Mirror4 Aluminum which has the same reflectance value as Mylar that is used on their tests), identical dimensions, exact fixture hanging height above the light sensor, and used their calculations to be as transparent as possible to ensure high accuracy and increase the level of trust that we strive for!
